Workout Log
|
|
Most of the power in the Fitness Tools section derives from the
Workout Log. In it, the member is able to quickly and easily store their
workout data. Since day-to-day workouts generally change very little, a
copy feature allows the user to select from their last ten workouts, copy
it for their current workout, and then make any necessary changes.
The Reporting section described below depends heavily on members
regularly using the Workout Log to store their daily exercises. With
this information,
you can quickly evaluate a members
progress and make fitness routine changes.

Checkup
|
|
The Checkup page allows the member to store point-in-time physical data such
as weight, measurements and body fat. Once this
information is recorded, the members BMI and approximate body fat (based on
taping calculation) are displayed.
This page should be used periodically to record the physical progress a
member is making through their efforts. The Reporting section draws
on this data for some member reports.

Reporting
|
|
The Reporting page provides the member detailed information on the progress that
the he or she is making. Reports are broken down by
exercises, muscle groups, individual exercises, training split, etc. By
viewing these reports, the member can quickly see which exercises
are achieving gains and where plateaus are forming.
The Reporting section uses much of the information gathered in the Workout Log
and Checkup pages to build its reports.

Routine Wizard
|
|
The Routine Wizard selection enables the member to design
a basic workout routine around their needs. The wizard walk the member through a series of questions
about their goals and limitations and then generates a workout based on on their
needs and selected exercises.
When the process is complete the member may print out the workout to use as a guide
at the gym.
