DIYWorkout Mobile Smartphone Installation

  1. Download software and save onto your PC.
  2. Unzip the downloaded file and extract contents to a new folder.
  3. Right click the DIYWorkoutSmart.CAB file in the new folder and click Copy.
  4. Connect your Smartphone to your PC.  ActiveSync should start automatically.
  5. In ActiveSync, click the Explore button.
  6. Double click My Windows Mobile-Based Device, Windows, Start Menu and then Accessories
  7. Click Paste on the Edit menu to copy the DIYWorkoutSmart.CAB file into the Accessories folder. 
  8. Unplug your Smartphone from your PC.
  9. Click Start and then navigate to the Accessories folder and click it.
  10. Click the DIYWorkoutSmart.CAB file.  This will install the DIYWorkout Mobile for Smartphone software onto your mobile device.  The CAB file will be deleted from the Accessories folder automatically.
  11. The DIYWorkout Mobile icon (a grey dumbbell) will now appear in your Start menu.  Click it to activate the program.
