DIYWorkout Mobile BlackBerry Installation
- Download DIYWorkout Mobile for BlackBerry software and save it to your PC.
- Unzip the downloaded file and extract the contents to a new folder.
- Connect your BlackBerry to your PC and make sure that the BlackBerry Desktop Manager
is running. The Desktop Manager software should display "Connected" in the
status bar.
- In Desktop Manager, double click the
Application Loader icon.
- Click Next > in the Application Loader Wizard.
- On the Device Application Selection
screen, click the Add... button.
- Use the Open dialog box to navigate to the new folder created in Step 2.
- Click DIYWokrout.alx and then click the Open button.
- The DIYWorkout Mobile application should now be checked. Click the
Next > button.
- Click the Finish button.
- You should see a screen stating that the Loading Operation was Successful.
Click the Close button.
- Unplug your BlackBerry from your PC.
- The DIYWorkout Mobile icon (a grey dumbbell) will now appear on your BlackBerry.
Click it to activate the program.
NOTES:

DIYWorkout Mobile for BlackBerry requires OS 3.8 or higher. Newer BlackBerrys
should already have a higher OS but older BlackBerrys can obtain an upgrade from
their cellular service provider.
- DIYWorkout Mobile for BlackBerry requires
a full Internet connection generally only available through a BES. This
can be simulated through most cellular carriers by changing the TCP setting on your
BlackBerry. These settings can be found by clicking
